Sexual harassment is a form of sex (or gender) discrimination, just as pregnancy discrimination and gender pay disparity is a form of sex discrimination, too. Sexual harassment can include unwanted sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and verbal, physical, or visual harassment in the workplace.
